Contains material originally posted by another member that is reposted without permission or attribution 11. Has misleading email addresses or other manipulated identifiers to disguise its origin 12. Is purposefully posted in an irrelevant category or city, repeatedly post the same or similar Content or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Rishicityguide's website.

Copyright

These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive understanding and agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior understandings, proposals, agreements, negotiations, and discussions between the parties, whether written or oral.

Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. If you become a Registered Member and communicate with other Members and make use of the Find Ur Partner service ("Service"), read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the Registration process. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your membership. Find Ur Partner may modify this Agreement from time to time, effective upon notice to you as a Member.

Eligibility:

Term:

If Find Ur Partner terminates your membership in from the Service means you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription.

Property rights in Content:

Find Ur Partner owns and retains other proprietary rights in the Find Ur Partner feature. The feature contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Find Ur Partner, and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

You understand and agree that Find Ur Partner may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of Find Ur Partner violate the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other Find Ur Partner and/or its Members.
